I am an individual therapist in the Winnebago County area with experience working in child welfare, community mental health, and fatherhood support. I graduated from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign with a master's degree in social work and concentration in clinical mental health. Currently I am working towards getting my licensure hours. 

I strive to provide an accommodating space free from judgement where clients can focus on speaking freely. I aim to facilitate a client-centered approach to therapy by empowering clients and helping them navigate the ebbs and flows of life, ultimately resulting in change in their lives. I understand that each person on this planet is different and unique, so I seek to approach therapy with this understanding.

I have worked with folks through anxiety, depression and mood disorders, grief, parenting/co-parenting struggles, and individuals involved with the court system. I understand that our community is made up of a wide array of backgrounds, and I welcome any and all who are needing a guide through processing life. I find it valuable to acknowledge differences in order to learn from one another.
