Kendal Justice, MSN, PMHNP-BC
Nurse Practitioner

I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner certified through the American Nursing Credentialing Center. I completed a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Saint Anthony College of Nursing in Rockford, IL. I further pursued my education by completing a Master of Science in Nursing at Maryville University in St. Louis, MO, specializing in mental health.
I have years of experience in the medical and mental health field, from working in the UW Health inpatient mental health unit and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) to working with patients in an outpatient setting. I currently provide outpatient psychiatric medication management services for children (9+), adolescents, and adults at Toledo Mental Health.
In whichever setting I have the opportunity to work in, I am passionate about developing thoughtful and individualized treatment plans that actively involve patients and their families in order to best meet their needs. I believe that effective psychiatric care extends beyond medication management, emphasizing a comprehensive, patient-centered approach that integrates mental health, medical well-being, and therapeutic support.
Additionally, I value creating and maintaining strong partnerships with referring physicians and therapists. I am eager to collaborate closely with all parties involved with each patient to ensure continuity of care and the best possible outcomes for our shared patients.
