Miguel Toledo, LCSW, LSOTP, LSOE

Clinical Director & Bilingual Therapist

English & Spanish

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker practicing in the Greater Rockford Area, with years of experience working in a variety of settings including but not limited to the juvenile justice system and community mental health. I earned master’s degrees in social work and business administration from Aurora University.

My professional focus is on the development of therapeutic programs aimed to assist with the rehabilitation of people experiencing behaviors that have resulted in their involvement in the state system (i.e., criminal justice, DCFS, etc.). I work with both adults and adolescents, providing individual, family, and group counseling. I assist clients and their families navigate the emotional journey of being involved in the state system.

As a bilingual provider, I am committed to bridging the gap between Spanish- and English-speaking communities. I bring my experiences and knowledge of how people develop, utilize defense and coping mechanisms, and struggle to take accountability for their actions to each session with the hopes of empowering individuals, families, and groups to enact change in their lives.
